The Voyage

  • For 3 to 14 days I travel with you: alone, with your best friends or with your partner.

    We start every morning in your body, go deep during the day and close the evening with a ritual. In between you swim, eat, sleep, laugh and live.

    Bali, Mexico, South Africa, Egypt or wherever your heart wants salt water. I know a few secret spots, and I love sharing them.

    No group timetable. Just you and the people you choose.

    Come home a little wilder than you left.

      • Morning Practice: Breathwork and embodiment to wake your body up before your head takes over.

      • Deep Session: Coaching on what you really want in love, sex and life. Just you, with your friends or as a couple.

      • Evening Ritual: Water, movement, conscious touch or simply sunset and silence.

      • Integration Days: Every third day is yours. Free, and not charged.

      • What can happen: Coaching and Siren Breathwork™, embodiment, water rituals and water dance, therapeutic massage and conscious touch. I am a trained massage therapist, and touch only ever happens with your consent and is never sexual. Plus the hidden spots I know from my own travels.

    • Women travelling alone.

    • Friends who want more than cocktails and photos.

    • Couples who want to come home closer than they left.

    • Before and after: A preparation call before we fly. Afterwards four weekly integration calls and 30 days of WhatsApp support, so the magic does not stay on the beach.

  • €1,500 per coaching day, for 3 to 14 days. Each additional person +€350 per coaching day.

    You cover my travel, accommodation and meals. Integration Days are free.

    Apply and we talk first. Book at least 6 months ahead. A 50% deposit secures your dates, the rest is due 4 weeks before we start.

  • No. I am a coach, not a psychotherapist or doctor. THE VOYAGE does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition.

  • No. Massage and conscious touch only happen with your explicit consent, and they are never sexual. You can say no or stop at any moment.

  • Yes. Come alone, with your best friends or as a couple. Each additional person is €350 per coaching day.

  • Anywhere your heart wants salt water. I know Bali, Mexico, South Africa and Egypt especially well and love sharing my favourite places there.

  • At least 6 months ahead. Want to travel sooner? Ask me. If I have space, we make it happen.

  • Your 50% deposit is non-refundable, but you can move it once to a new date within 12 months. From 4 weeks before we start, the full coaching fee is due. Travel costs already booked for me cannot be refunded. If I have to cancel, you get everything back or a new date, your choice.

  • No, I am not a freediving instructor. Our water rituals happen in calm, safe water. For freediving I am happy to recommend local instructors.

  • Four weekly integration calls and 30 days of WhatsApp support, so what opened on the trip has room to land at home. Many women then continue with one of my 1:1 programs.
